The May Family Ranch was established over 25 years ago and built upon the foundation of an old working cattle ranch. When Paul and Sharon May bought it, they wanted to create a place for friends and family to gather and maintain the rustic feel of the ranch and its history. The property is not a modern facility, but instead provides a unique opportunity for groups to gather and enjoy the comfort and simplicity of good company in the beauty of this valley in the Sawtooth Mountains. 

 

A key value embedded in our business model is maintaining affordability. We have found the best ways to cut down on cost and resources are to have guests bring their own bedding and do their own cleaning for all accommodations except the B&B rooms in the ranch house. These two key components have allowed us as the owners to keep our cost affordable during a time when experiences and resources are becoming so expensive. 

 

Not only can the ranch host up to 200 guests, it also provides fun experiences with on-site activities and nearby adventures to suit the interests and skill levels of a variety of people. This creates the perfect opportunity for groups to gather and tailor their activities to whatever works best for them and find something that everyone will enjoy. We can’t wait for you and your family and friends to come and enjoy the ranch and the priceless opportunity to create connections and enjoy good company in one of the most beautiful places on earth!
